First time visiting Gura Gura and I'm impressed. Balanced variety of dishes with plentiful of taste in each bite. The variety of dishes will please many and the prices are fair given the location. I was particularly impressed with the Sichuan Seabass complimented with the Chilled Cucumber and Stir fried mushrooms. The mocktails are delightful too and were approximately £8 unlike many other similar eateries that charge a lot more. The other element i was pleased with is the service charge being 7.5%!? I personally thought all thr staff were extremely attentive and helpful with their suggestions too so paying the "optional" service charge seemed totally fine.

Recently came here with a friend and instantly loved the decor and vibe. I liked the idea of the touch lamp as a way of calling someone over to order too The drinks menu is fab, tried some new combinations and loved them all The food is delicious too. The vegan sushi is tasty. I'm generally not a fan of sushi but this was definitely I would have again. I really liked the edamame tacos too The dumplings were probably my least favourite but everything else was really good especially the miso aubergine It's nice that the restaurant isn't on the main road as it's a little quieter making it easier to talk Definitely would go back to try some of the other food and drinks

I had a fantastic dining experience at Gura Gura, an Asian fusion restaurant in London that offers both great food and an amazing vibe. It’s tucked away in a perfect central location — making it a great escape from the busy shopping streets nearby. I ordered the vegetable gyoza (vegan) and the miso-glazed eggplant, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The gyoza were crisped just right and full of flavor, and the eggplant was rich, savory, and cooked to perfection. My family tried the lamb, squid, and chicken, and everyone was genuinely impressed with the taste and presentation. They have a wide variety of dishes, so there’s something for everyone — whether you’re vegan, a meat-eater, or just in the mood to try a mix of flavors. The drink menu is just as impressive, with unique cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and even bottle service, which adds a fun, upscale touch. I typically don’t like kombucha, but surprisingly, I really enjoyed their orange soda made with kombucha — refreshing and not overpowering. The service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is sleek, modern, and welcoming — perfect for a casual night out or a more special occasion. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for flavorful Asian fusion dishes, creative drinks, and a cool spot to unwind.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Gura Gura. The menu delivers on both flavour and presentation, with the carpaccio standing out as a particularly well-executed dish — fresh, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The drinks were equally impressive, and I especially liked their unique approach of naming them by flavour profiles rather than typical cocktail names which made the selection feel more curated and intentional. The space itself is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere that allows for easy conversation and an elevated dining experience.

Somewhat a surprise find. Food was amazing as were the cocktails. You signal to the team via a lamp on the table. So you eat at your pace and left alone when you don’t need anything. Works really well. Soft shell crab was particularly good as were the dragon and dynamite rolls.
